Is there any reference manual which illustrate the use of windows, menues etc.
I know that all that information is available from the browser/lobby, but it takes too much time and effort. The Self 3.0 Programmer's Reference Manual does not
cover those objects.

P.S. How much work is done on/in Self. There does not appear to be too much
mail activity. i.e. Will Sun spend any more money on its development.
